Hi, I’m Sydney Kent. I am a mom of four (including Addie!) a bonus mom of three, and the advocate behind Addie’s Law.
My background in journalism, child advocacy, domestic violence education, and community building has taught me how to ask hard questions and bring people together to act on the answers.
My life is so much bigger than what happened to us. I have rebuilt it, raised Addie with joy, and kept asking a difficult question long enough to turn it into a proposal. This work comes from love for my daughter and from a conviction that other families should have a clearer way to be heard.
